Sophie Wakenell, former Global Head of Projects and Change at Clyde & Co, has joined legal business consultancy Alt-V Law as an Associate and Legal Operations Strategist.Alt-V Law, founded by Natalie Kuebler and Allister Spencer, specialises in strategy, process analysis, and technology adoption across the legal sector worldwide.
Experience & Contributions
Over her two-decade career in professional services, Wakenell has held roles across finance, operations, and change management. At Clyde & Co, she played a pivotal part in establishing and supporting an enterprise PMO during a period when the firm doubled its revenue, emphasising governance, project delivery structure, and process optimisation. She also led efforts in Agile working, office redesign, and assisted with governance during the large-scale Clyde & Co merger with BLM.
